1. Healing Past Relationships

Many women will focus on how they look, what they wear and hire matchmakers or create online profiles and can’t figure out WHY these external actions aren’t attracting men. Until you do the internal work to clear out past heartbreak, doubt and fears, it’s hard to experience success with external actions. It becomes an energy “mismatch”.

We’ll dig deep and get to the core of all your hidden fears and limiting beliefs you’ve developed over your lifetime about you, men and relationships. Once we uncover and heal these wounds you’ll experience an immediate sense of “lightness”, like a weight has been lifted. I like to call it your “light switch” being turned on, shining brightly as a beacon for the entire world to see and clearing the path for the perfect man to come into your life.

2. Move Beyond Relationship Fear

Once your “light” is switched on and you’re attracting more opportunity to interact with men, many women then start to experience doubt about their body image, get scared of getting hurt again and end up withholding many of the most attractive aspects of themselves.

In order to do that, you’ve likely felt the need to stuff your femininity so you don’t appear weak or needy in front of men - almost like you’ve had to become like a man in order to make it in a man’s world.
It’s a proven fact that men are more attracted to feminine women. Nurturing this sacred part of yourself and allowing it to surface is the single biggest factor that magnetically attracts men.
Femininity isn’t something you go out and acquire; it’s already within you, lying dormant and unexpressed. All women are wired for it – but just don’t know how to access it. I’ll provide clear steps that will help you reconnect with your softer side and support you with defining your own unique femininity.

4. Establishing Your Foundation & Boundaries

As you heal past relationship pain, move through your fears and step into your feminine power a new, more authentic version of yourself begins to emerge. At this stage it’s important to set up a solid foundation by getting clear about what works for you and absolutely what doesn’t work for you in your life and relationships. Setting boundaries and healthy habits will ensure you stay anchored in this “new”, authentic version of yourself for your lifetime.

5. Shift From Producing to Receiving

The biggest block that gets in a woman’s way of attracting men is continually producing everything she needs for herself. When a woman does this, she gives a strong message to men that she doesn’t need them and men end up looking in the other direction for a woman who will make them feel useful.

Women are actually built to receive. It’s the most natural and peaceful place to be operating from.

We’ll shift limiting beliefs and misconceptions you have inherited about this from society, your parents or heard from your friends and begin creating a better balance between the “producing” side of you while opening up your ability to receive more – especially when men are around. Striking this balance will create a profound shift with how men relate to you and immediately help you attract attention wherever you go.

6. Attraction Into Action

As you learn how to continually receive more in every area of your life, we’re going to amp it up and start to focus in on specific goals you would like to attract into your life. As you go deeper into your coaching, you will begin to experience a clear sense of how much power you have with men. How are you different from other coaches?

I’m unique because I’m a Relationship Coach, not just a “life” coach. I have been immersed in the subject of men and women – exclusively – for over 11 years and have had the unique benefit of both coaching and teaching groups through my popular live workshops.
